  • The return request is made within 15 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.


2. Initiating a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@littlesavy.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a free printable return label.

  3. Pack the item securely and affix the label.

  4. Drop it off at the nearest postal service.


3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please mention it in your return email. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.


4. Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return Shipping: Free (we cover the cost).

  • Restocking Fees: None.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or safety reasons, some items (e.g., underwear, face masks) may be marked as non-returnable.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe/credit card).


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos/videos if possible.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  • First check your bank account.

  • Then contact your card issuer (processing may take time).
