The return request is made within 15 calendar days of delivery.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

2. Initiating a Return

To request a return:

Email us at support@littlesavy.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a free printable return label.
Pack the item securely and affix the label.
Drop it off at the nearest postal service.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please mention it in your return email. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.

4. Return Shipping and Fees

❌ Restocking Fees: None.
❗ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or safety reasons, some items (e.g., underwear, face masks) may be marked as non-returnable.
