Absolutely. All payments are processed by Square, a leading secure payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or see your credit card information at any point.

Q3: What currency will I be charged in?
All our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP), and you will be charged in GBP.

Q4: How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.


Shipping & Delivery

Q5: Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK).

Q6: How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the UK.

Q7: How long will it take to get my order?
Our total delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. This includes:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days to process your order.
  • Transit Time: 6-8 business days for the courier to deliver it.

Q8: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Q9: What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
